Consulting services in the legal sphere are one of the first directions of our Company's consulting activities. Legal consulting includes: rendering legal assistance to clients in various fields, including legal defense in all judicial instances of the Republic of Armenia and foreign countries. Having and developing its list of clients, CJSC has repeatedly participated in cases of assisting clients abroad, contributing to the making of legal decisions.

The Company's excellent team of lawyers and advocates has worked on more than 1,000 cases since 2008, during which time it has become the author of appeals against four decisions made by the RA Court of Cassation.

The Company's administrative focus on legal activities is noteworthy, allowing it to provide its Partners and Clients with comprehensive consulting and defense services in cases against state and administrative bodies of the following nature:

1. Administrative work: filing applications, complaints, appeals, and expert opinions;
2. Participation in administrative, criminal, and court cases, including participation in the consideration of petitions for pretrial detention;
3. Drafting and reviewing statements of claim, appeals, and cassation complaints;
4. Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating international treaties with the participation of both regional and foreign companies;
5. Preparing and reviewing international treaties and agreements;
6. Legal representation of Partners and Clients in national and international arbitrations, including business trips to the country where legal representation is provided.

In collaboration with the legal authorities of the Republic of Armenia and international partners, in 2012, the Company began organizing legislative work aimed at establishing the institution of jury trials, which remains one of the main goals for the development of law and justice in the Republic of Armenia. In this area, the Company collaborates with a number of leading European legal public organizations.
