«GENCON GROUP» was established in 2008 by two Founders: CJSC «GENCON SERVICE INTERNATIONAL» and Asen Mirzoyan, with an initial authorized capital of 20,000,000.0 AMD, the registration of which took place in the State Agency for the Registration of Legal Entities under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, on 16.06.2008.
Initially, the Organization worked in the service sector in two areas: architectural and juridical consulting.
For further development of the business and its scope of activity, JSC decided to turn its attention to the market of Western Countries, in particular the USA and Canada. With the help of investments in various businesses, there are intentions to enter the market of these Countries with its securities, which will subsequently be converted to the USA and Canada. This practice has already been applied by us in Ukraine since 2020, and quite successfully.
